Here are some scriptures which comment on ethnicity:

On Religion :

(Ezek 44:6-8 NKJV) "Now say to the rebellious, to the house of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "O house of Israel, let us have no more of all your abominations. {7} "When you brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary to defile it; My house; and when you offered My food, the fat and the blood, then they broke My covenant because of all your abominations. {8} "And you have not kept charge of My holy things, but you have set others to keep charge of My sanctuary for you."

On Politics :

(Deuteronomy 17:14-15 NKJV) "When you come to the land which the LORD your God is giving you, and possess it and dwell in it, and say, 'I will set a king over me like all the nations that are around me,' {15} "you shall surely set a king over you whom the LORD your God chooses; one from among your brethren you shall set as king over you; you may not set a foreigner over you, who is not your brother.

Nothing has changed with God from the Old Testament (the Torah) to the New Testament (Jesus the Prophet):

(Malachi 3:6 NKJV) "For I am the LORD, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.

(Hebrews 13:7-8 NKJV) Remember those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct. {8} Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
